In the endless expanse of darkness, there is hope. Relentless and implacable, it is found in the hearts of those who would look to the stars and reach out for tomorrow. One of the first wave of Ambassador-Class vessels, Ascension has witnessed its fair share of grim twilights and seemingly hopeless nights in seven decades of service. A perpetual beacon of hope that carries a crew with centuries of combined experience, Ascension now focuses its efforts in the Thomar Expanse on the next step. Throughout the region, they are tasked with converting the initial promise of diplomacy and exploration into a future that all might share.
The crew of Ascension continue to reach for that next bright morning, trailing hope as she goes.

Typhon Wayfinding Squadron
Tasked with pushing the boundary of Federation space, Typhon squadron spend much of their lives on the extremes of Starfleet’s field of operations. Serving Task Force 47 as the vanguard of pathfinding initiatives, no job is too strange or unusual for the division if it serves to carry the Federation’s message to the next horizon.
