The U.S.S. Trident (NCC-77001) is a Galaxy-class Federation starship built in early 2370, and served with distinction during the Dominion War. After putting in for a complete refit at Avalon Fleet Yards, the Trident resumes its mission: to seek out new life and new civilizations, and to boldly go where no one has gone before.
