 Commander Zachary A. Brooks, Starfleet is the Executive Officer aboard the Sovereign-class starship USS Ulysses (NCC-90565).

Brooks is highly skilled at balancing complex ship operations but is also infamous for being arrogant and difficult to work with. He exudes swagger and confidence, often crossing the line into cockiness, which makes him both a frustrating and invaluable member of the crew.

Brooks’s pain-in-the-ass demeanor often rubs his fellow officers the wrong way, especially Captain Roshan, with whom he shares a hostile working relationship. Despite these challenges, Brooks’s operational expertise ensures the smooth coordination of ship systems during missions where precision is essential—whether or not his colleagues like him.
