A 5’5 Stocky Shaved Headed Human Male. Smart,  Athletic and Goal Driven. Shepherd Grewup as a Starfleet Brat and was inspired by his mother to do so though it came with a lot of obstacles. Shepherd Grew up with out his father  in his and was constantly at odds with others over why his father was absent. Even With his Mother raising him he she was never around so he buried himself in two his stuides and worki g while in grade school and was always volunteering to learn station operations when his mother was posted at DSK-7.

Personality

Louis shepherd is a smart athletic and gold ribbon starfleet officer his personality consists of one thing and 1 thing  achieving what’s in front of him 1 obstacle at a time he graduated 2nd in his class proving how smart he was pushing his studies committing to whatever it took to pass the next exam. He is very athletic and pushes his body to the Max working  2 hours before every shift.

History

Lewis shepherd was born on Earth in the year 2368. He is the son of Retired Starfleet Captain Hannah Shepherd. He was rased with a do it right and keep things going and achieve your goal attitude. He grew up as a spacer going with his mom from posting to post by the time he 18. Lewis had summited his application and was excepted to the Academy in 2385. He enrolled in Aviation and Avionics to be a pilot and later on he went to Starfleet command school as a senior cadet.

He had Graduated Starfleet Academy in 2389 and has had a fast rise in the ranks of Starfleet his goal is one thing and one thing only get the job done no matter the cost while at the Academy he studied in a course for fulcan  Philosophy understanding “that the needs of the many out way the need of the few”. He had Graduated Second in the class of 2389 and and had passed the  Kobiashi Mariu no win scenario.

In The Year 2389 Lewis Shepherd was Assigned to the USS Victoria as the Gamm Shift Helm Officer for a 1 year tour of duty at the rank of Ensign.

Afther Lewis Shepherd Assigned on the Victoria was Completedin the year 2390  he was promoted to the rank of lieutenant junior grade. He was assigned as Helsman and later Beta Shift Officer Of The Watch with the Rank of Lieutenant. Once the Year 2394 came to a end. The year 2395 came to a start, Lewis had received orders to starbase 6 as Assistant Operations Officer at the recommendation of Captain Thomas Pain. The year 2397 brought a surprise for Lewis when he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. With the year 2399 come up Lewis is Pending Reassignment.
