Percival “Percy” Evans was born in 2372 during the first siege of deep space nine. Percy’s mother gave birth to him during the siege, while his father died in the siege. Percy’s father was part of the security detail which was tasked to defend the station. His father was vaporized in the ops by incoming Klingon attackers. Years later Percy developed a drinking problem and a hatred for Klingon and the Empire. To this date he continues to hunt for the house that killed his father in the war.
