Roughly 1/4 human, raised on Earth and became heavily into athletics, dominating their Ice Hockey team while at school in Canada. As a teenager they moved back to Andoria and became experienced in the tradition of honor-dueling known as the Ushaan, having spilt much blood upon the ice. After a bad injury to one of their antennae, they decided to give up physical combat and seek other, less martial physical endeavors. Enlisting in Starfleet provided this challenge, and grew their skills, especially excelling at security & conn tasks, and with a special focus and interest on shuttlecraft & small starships.
